RETURN & REFUND POLICY – LUVIARE

At Luviare, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • With tags attached (if applicable)

Used, damaged, or late returns will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized items

  • Final sale items (if applicable)

  • Hygiene or personal-use products (when applicable)

4. How to Request a Return

Please email info@luviare.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if necessary)

We will provide further instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
